Indian Head Massage
Indian head massage is based on a system of healing and relaxation which has been practiced in India for over a thousand years.The aim is to release the stress that has accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders. As the you sit in the chair, we will use a range of movements over the neck, shoulder and scalp areas. Pressure points on the face will also be gently stimulated. Indian head massage helps increase joint mobility and flexibility in the neck and shoulders, improves blood circulation and lymphatic flow, freeing muscular tension and relaxing connective tissue. Indian head massage aids in the elimination of toxins.
Reiki
Reiki, meaning (universal life energy) is the name given to a system of healing which evolved in Japan.There is no belief system attached to reiki. The recipient lies down as our practitioner gently places their hands, non-intrusively in a sequence of positions over the body. Reiki can heal at any level of being: physical, mental, emotional or spiritual. The practitioner is a channel which the energy is drawn through. A taster session of reiki will generally concentrate on the head and shoulders, unless there is a particular area the client feels is in need of healing. Angelic reiki is available upon request.
Chakra Clearing / Balancing
Chakras are wheels of light located all over our body. They are the “power stations” of our body, bringing it to life and keeping it healthy. The seven major chakras are located along our spine from its base to the crown of the head. Each chakra is associated with different parts of the body and they all need to spin in balance for us to feel good. Each chakra is represented by a colour of the rainbow. Balancing and clearing chakras of negative energy will improve your health and wellbeing, physically, emotionally and mentally.
Angel Card Readings
Everyone has multiple guardian angels throughout their life, watching over them, guiding them and protecting their needs. Some angels stay with a person throughout the duration of their life. Others may appear when there is a particular life situation they are expert at assisting with. Some individuals are aware of their guardian angels presence; they may appear to them in physical form, talk/whisper to them, make their presence known with an “angel hug”, a light breeze, or send them messages in the form of symbols and coincidences. Some individuals are even made aware of their angels name by these methods of communication.
The key to angel communication is learning how to listen to our angels and interpret their messages. A great starting point is an angel card reading. Angels are bound by karmic law and cannot help or talk to us unless we specifically ask this of them. The card reader will help you connect with you angels personally both during and beyond the card reading.
During a card reading you may ask your angels a specific question, a general question or simply ask for some general reassurance that “angels are all around us”. The angel card reader will use their intuition and angelic knowledge to translate the messages from your angels. A specific message or piece of information may be sent directly through the card reader to the client, this process is called “channelling”.
Remember, it is you, the client, who connects with the energy of the angels and the cards. You may feel either a warmth or tingling or simply an intuitive urge to pull out certain cards. If you drop one or pull more than one by accident these are often of particular importance!!
There is no such thing as a “bad" angel card reading. Angels are divine and heavenly creatures and only serve to create peace, happiness and understanding in life!
